CNC 3D WIRE FORMING

Millwire Ltd. owns a latest 3d CNC wire forming machine capable of producing complex 2D and 3D wire configurations. This CNC machine accepts various types and sizes of wire including, stainless steel, cold roll steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum.  

The wire feeds directly from the coil stock, offering an efficient and economical production time. Wire size can range in diameter from  0.031" (0.8mm)  up to 0.512" (13mm). Our wire forming machines allow for custom designed parts that can be reproduced in large quantities with repeated precision quality. 

For high volume wire forming parts, our CNC machine uses computer programming to produce complex wire forms at high speed with pinpoint accuracy. This means we can get your parts to you faster, whether you require a short production run or thousands of components every month. 

We can also handle low volume projects from 0.515" (13.1mm) to 0.750" (19mm).

We offer both MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding as well as spot and resistance welding.
